No accounts
There is no registration, login or membership system; you do not need an account to use the site.
No sales through the site
There is no online order, basket or payment. Enquiries sent through the contact form only open a quotation conversation.

Site content is not a binding offer
This is the most important section of the page. Turkish law treats published tariffs and lists as binding offers unless the contrary is clearly stated; the declaration below removes that presumption.
Product descriptions, fabric and yarn specifications, weight and dimension ranges, capacity figures, technical data sheets, tables and calculator outputs published on this site are provided for information. They do not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of the Turkish Code of Obligations (Law 6098); they are an invitation to treat.
Fersan is not bound by any claim that a contract has been formed on the basis of site content. Rights and obligations between the parties arise only from mutually signed order and contract documents, the approved sample and the lot-based quality control report.
What the technical values mean
Published weight ranges are Fersan’s production window; published width, shrinkage, fastness, abrasion and tolerance figures are industry-typical / indicative values based on construction and fibre. None of them are Fersan’s binding quality control measurements. Exact values are set by the order, the approved sample and the quality control report for the relevant lot; production tolerances, raw-material lot characteristics, dye recipe and finishing conditions can all affect the result.
Calculator results
The calculators on this site produce approximate results from theoretical formulas using the values you enter. Results are for preliminary design and quick reference; they do not replace a quotation, a commitment or engineering approval. Incorrect, incomplete or outdated input produces misleading results.
How a contract is actually formed
You send your enquiry; our technical team clarifies the requirement; a sample is produced and submitted for your approval; the approved sample and the agreed terms are recorded in an order document. Binding effect arises at that step, not in site content.
Using our content
The texts, images and data compilations on this site are the product of work and are protected by law.
All rights in the design, software, text, photographs, video, graphics, diagrams, data compilations and classifications on this site, and in the “Fersan” name and logo, belong to Fersan or its licensors. This content is protected under Law 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Law 6769 on Industrial Property.
Other than reasonable quotation with attribution and without alteration, copying, reproducing, adapting, distributing, bulk-harvesting by automated means or commercially exploiting all or part of the content is prohibited without our prior written consent.
Customer, brand and standard names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive and reference purposes only. Such use does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement between Fersan and the rights holder.
While using the site
A short, reasonable list; ordinary use will not run into any of it.
Comply with the law
Use the site in accordance with applicable legislation.
Do not disrupt the service
Avoid conduct that would impair the site’s operation, place excessive load on it or endanger its security.
No unauthorised access

Complete forms accurately
Use the contact and sample forms with real, current information; wrong details only slow the process down.
No bulk scraping
Do not harvest content in bulk with automated tools. If you need bulk access to technical data, write to us and we will sort it out together.
Your data and commercial messages
This page does not restate how we process personal data; our privacy notice is the single source.
Personal data you send through the site is processed in accordance with Law 6698 and the principles explained in our Personal Data Protection notice. Cookie use and preference management are covered in the same document.
