We texture our yarn in our own facility.
All ten of our fabric families are knitted from polyester yarn we texture ourselves in Çorlu — and part of it ships as yarn in its own right. Touch the winding of all five families.

Infrastructure built to meet demand.
1,800 tons of polyester yarn and 1,350 tons of dyed fabric a month. We produce the yarn in-house; part of it is sold on as yarn, and the rest goes through knitting, dyeing, finishing and dispatch in our own plant.

Every fabric in your collection from a single manufacturer.
All ten of our knitted fabric families are produced from 100% polyester yarn. What distinguishes them is not the raw material but the knit construction; each family is engineered for a defined weight range and end use. Select the family that fits your requirement and review its technical specifications.
Manufacturing programmes by application.
Production pages written for buyers — MOQ, lead time, sampling and delivery terms on every page.
Our claims are verified by independent auditors.
Our quality, environmental and energy management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001; occupational health and safety to ISO 45001 (certificate scope: sales of polyester fabric). Product safety is certified to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100. We also operate an in-house laboratory that works to the test protocols of global sports brands.
Responsible production, with proof.
We make everything under one roof, from yarn to dyed fabric — which lets us measure, document and responsibly manage every step.
Recycled content
Recycled polyester (rPET) yarn and fabric, certified through GRS and RCS chain of custody.
Water & chemical management
We never discharge dyehouse water untreated; ISO 14001 resource management and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 safe chemistry.
Traceability
Because we own the chain from yarn to fabric, we can trace down to raw fibre — ready for the Digital Product Passport.
Durability
Long-life polyester structures: less wear, longer use.
Frequently asked questions.
Production & product
Is Fersan Tekstil a fully integrated manufacturer?
Yes. From yarn texturising to knitting, dyeing and finishing, we run the entire process under one roof at our own factory in Çorlu.
Do you make your own yarn?
Yes. We texturise polyester filament on our own line, with a yarn capacity of roughly 1,800 tonnes a month. Owning the yarn step prevents lot mixing at source — the most common cause of defects such as barré.
What fabrics do you produce?
Predominantly 100% polyester knit fabrics: single jersey, piqué, rib, interlock, two- and three-thread terry, fleece and raschel — ten families and thirty-nine fabrics, from 60 to 500 g/m².
What weight range do you knit?
We work across the full 60–500 g/m² band: lining mesh and breathable net at the lightest end, interlock rib and Raschel jacquard at the heaviest. If your target weight sits in between, we engineer it together with stitch length and yarn fineness.
Should I choose single jersey or interlock?
Single jersey is single-bed: light, fluid, with edges that curl. Interlock is double-bed: identical on both faces, curl-free, more structured and shape-holding. If lightness and breathability come first choose jersey; if stand and durability matter more, interlock.
Do you produce fabrics with elastane (spandex)?
Yes. Elastane versions of jersey, piqué, rib, interlock and French terry are all in the programme, typically 92–95% polyester / 5–8% elastane. A single elastane end gives 2-way stretch, while warp-knit power net constructions give 4-way.
Do you produce moisture-wicking (dry-fit) fabric?
Yes. Here moisture management is built as knit plus finish: pore architecture carries sweat to the surface and a hydrophilic finish bonded to the fibre makes it durable. Wicking behaviour is documented by testing after washing — we do not label an unfinished fabric as performance.
Are your fabrics suitable for sublimation printing?
Yes — a polyester base is the best ground for sublimation. Plain jersey, mini piqué and fine mesh carry full patterns; on coarse open net the motif breaks across the texture, so those usually run in solid ground colours. We tune heat-setting to your printer’s process.
Do you make recycled (rPET) fabric?
Yes. We offer recycled polyester yarn and fabric, certified through GRS and RCS chain of custody.
Do you develop custom fabrics?
Yes. With our design and R&D team we develop brand-specific patterns, hand-feel and functional finishes.
Commercial & assurance
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, OEKO-TEX STeP, plus GRS and RCS for recycled content — ten independent certificates in total.
Can you produce to apparel brands' quality and test standards?
Yes. With our own in-house laboratory and independent testing, we produce performance knit fabric to the quality and test protocols of world-class sports brands. Our fabric is used in the collections of adidas, ASICS, Castore, COPA, DeFacto, Fila, FLO, H&M, Hoodrich, Jako, Kappa, Koton, LC Waikiki, Lumberjack, Macron, New Balance, Primark, Puma, Ruck&Maul, Skechers, Sportive, uhlsport, Umbro and Zara.
What is the process if a quality issue arises?
If the deviation is caught at roll inspection, the lot is not shipped. For a dispute after shipment, we review it with you through the lot record, the lab-dip approval and the test data, find the root cause and agree the remedy in writing.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes — our Çorlu plant is open to visits by appointment, and you can see the knitting and dyeing lines in production. We also open the mill to your brand’s audit protocol or to an independent third-party audit.
Can I request a sample?
Of course. Use the sample-request form on our contact page and we will prepare samples to your specification for approval.
How quickly do you respond to quotation requests?
We reply within 2 business days. If your enquiry states the fabric type, target weight, composition, number of colours and estimated yardage, we can usually price it on that first reply.
What is your minimum order (MOQ) and lead time?
We work in the 500–1,000 kg per colour range; the exact figure is confirmed with your quotation depending on the fabric. Lead time is typically 3–4 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch; we work EXW, FOB or DAP and reply to quotation requests within 2 business days.
How is price determined?
Price follows the yarn type, weight, knit complexity, number of colours and finish; as yardage grows, the cost per dye lot falls. We do not publish a price list — each quotation is calculated on its own construction.
Do you work with small or new brands?
We do; what decides it is not brand size but whether the yardage per colour meets the MOQ. Reducing the number of colours and concentrating the yardage is the most practical route for a new brand, and trial volumes during development are discussed separately.
Where do you produce and where do you ship?
Our head office is in Beylikdüzü/İstanbul and our factory in Çorlu/Tekirdağ. We ship across Anatolia, Europe and Russia.
