Manufacturing Programme
Fersan Tekstil is a vertically integrated polyester knitted fabric manufacturer in Çorlu, Türkiye — from its own texturised filament to knitting, dyeing and dispatch, ~750 tonnes a month since 1982.
Single jersey is the workhorse of knitted apparel: one needle bed, light weight, a smooth printable face. Our jersey programme runs from plain and elastane variants to loop-back French terry, moisture-wicking dry-fit and microfiber fineness — with every step, yarn to heat-setting, inside our own mill.
We supply apparel brands and garment makers across Western Europe, Russia and the CIS, and routinely produce to the test standards of European sports and apparel brands. The ordering terms below are the same figures we quote.

We are not limited to the catalogue: weight, composition and finish are adapted to your garment, colours are approved via lab-dip, and antimicrobial, UV-protection (UPF) and water-repellent (DWR) finishes are applied per order and documented with test reports. Quotation requests are answered within 2 business days.

Production runs under ISO 9001 with OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified inputs; colour is approved via lab-dip, and dimensional stability, fastness and pilling are reported per order. We regularly produce to the test standards of European sports and apparel brands.
