100/96 Textured Yarn

100/96 Textured Yarn — Premium soft-touch apparel & athleisure knits · soft-hand tops. Very soft hand, good cover and wicking; right at the micro edge.
Engineered for a premium soft touch, sitting right on top of the micro threshold at roughly 1.04 dpf. Ninety-six filaments bring a visible softening and better cover than the 72-filament version at the same denier, while staying above the line means it does not pay microfilament’s price in the dyehouse or in strength. It is used in athleisure, premium soft-touch apparel and soft outerwear. Boiling-water shrinkage runs 3.5–5.5 and crimp contraction 18–28 — the same heat-setting window as the rest of the 100-denier group, so it can run alongside 100/36 or 100/72 in one programme.
